Working from existing patterns, or to an entirely bespoke design, clients can create their own unique and protective boxes or slipcases.

Choosing from our extensive range of styles and archivally sound materials, boxes are made to measure, to ensure the preservation of a rare first edition or signed book, pictures or prints, maps, manuscripts or other paper documents.

Only the finest materials are used, with archival millboard with a density of 2.5 - 3.0 mm, ensuring durability. An extensive selection of materials and styles are available; offering quarter, half or full bindings in linen, calf or goat skin, and all boxes are lined in the client’s choice of material.

Boxes are hand-finished, with tooling and decorative spine devices as required. If desired, a block can be manufactured to replicate the original design of the book.
